AXA Brussels Office Project – High-Quality Partition Walls and Interior Solutions

The international banking and insurance group AXA moved from the outskirts of Brussels to the city centre and developed an impressive office complex on Regentlaan and Place du Trône. This large-scale project comprises three buildings with a total gross surface area of 32,800 m² above ground and 15,000 m² underground.

The complex meets the highest sustainability standards and obtained both the PASSIVE 2015 certificate and the BREEAM 'Excellent' label, guaranteeing energy efficiency and future-oriented construction quality.

For the realization of the interior finish, the expertise of ANBICO was chosen, specifically because of the quality and flexibility of their modular partition walls of the Seven Metal 7.0 Plus type.

Technical Realizations by ANBICO

Within this prestigious project, ANBICO was responsible for extensive and technically high-quality execution:

Partition walls

6,500 m² of solid partition walls with a pre-lacquered finish (RAL color matched to the theme per floor)
3,100 m² double-glazed glass partition walls with high acoustic performance (47 dB – lab), bonded

Doors

195 solid doors with pre-lacquered metal finish (80 mm thickness), acoustic (43 dB – labo)
195 glass doors with double glazing (80 mm thickness), acoustic (41 dB – lab)

Interior elements

200 magnetic boards in Lacobel for functional and aesthetic integration in office spaces

Architecture and Sustainability

The project was designed by A2RC and combines modern architecture with high-performance technical solutions. The integration of acoustic partitions and high-quality materials contributes to an optimal working environment, in which comfort, flexibility, and sustainability are central.
